Additional Service Info

  • For trials and event day, hair can be freshly washed or second day. Must be completely dry and free of products.

  • Event dates are secured with a $100 deposit and signed contract. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your final total and any services booked. The contract will be sent to you after our first contact, and must be returned within 48 hours with the deposit in order to secure your date. Please contact me if you need additional time to decide. Booking priority will be given to clients who complete their contract and deposit.

  • If you require more than 4 total services (ie. full service for >2 people, or hair only for >4 people) an additional assistant will be automatically required and provided for your party.

  • Trials will be provided in the convenience of your home! If you prefer to have your trial service done outside of your home, please let me know so I can reserve time at our studio.

  • If your “getting ready” location on event day is greater than 20 miles outside of the Portland/Vancouver area, there will be a travel fee of $0.62/mile roundtrip. (This rate is determined by the IRS and is adjusted annually)

  • I recommend booking your trial date as soon as you know your event date. My day job allows schedule flexibility, as long as I put my schedule requests in promptly. At the minimum, I like to do trials one month before the event, but I am a planner so the more time the better!

  • Cancellation policy: Trial cancellations/time changes require 24 hours notice. Event cancellations/time changes require minimum 7 business days notice. Cancellations will only be charged the nonrefundable deposit paid at contract signing.

  • If you would like a stylist to stay for any length of time through your event, please let me know. The rate is $15/hr/stylist for the time after your bridal party appointment has ended. Typically one stylist is sufficient for touchups, but please let us know if you would like more than one stylist to stay. Subject to availability.
